At Tender Years, we place tremendous value on education. In doing so we make sure every member of our teaching staff is at the top of their profession.

All of our educator’s posses a high level of education and or are becoming ECE Qualified and Certified. They also receive additional in-depth training to teach our unique Tender Years curriculum.

We are responsible team that is passionate about Early Childhood Education. Every one of our teachers consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your child loves learning and feels ready to venture into an environment that will nurture growth, development and sense of readiness for elementary school.

TYCC Team Commitment

At TYCC our focus is educating your children. All our teachers are or are becoming ECE qualified and certified. Each of our teachers consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your child loves leaning.

All our team members are carefully chosen and screened prior to being hired. All classrooms have a minimum of 1 Early Childhood Educator that is registered with the college of E.C.E.’s. All our team members are trained in First Aid and C.P.R., and all must have a current criminal check.
Our Team has over 30 years combined work experience with children, they are provided with all the tools necessary to ensure that each child in our care reaches their full potential.

At TYCC we strive to achieve and maintain a very high standard which extends itself to our hiring practice. Our goal is for all our team members to represent TYCC’s belief in diversity, fair play and a common commitment to our parents and children. How will we maintain this commitment to You:
Frequent staff meetings with a focus on strong communication among peers, will be scheduled to ensure that these objectives are constantly met. Our team will be required to continue updating their knowledge skill set and research new ways and methods to better interact and nurture your child while under the care of TYCC.

The commitment in us making a difference holds true to our belief that simple things such as wiping a runny nose, placing shoes on the right feet and ensuring that when your child is picked up they will be presented to you in the same way as they were dropped off. These simple policies and practices will distinguish TYCC staff and services.
